Booth Ideas for Participants

Most camps / companies bring some type of display with photos of their camp and lots of brochures or flyers. Click here for a PDF with suggestions on how to create a great booth and get more great families.

Important Fair Info

For liability and insurance reasons, please keep your live animals at home (bunnies, horses, etc.). Paint, clay and other "messy" items can potentially leave stains or marks on the fabric floor. We will pass on the $500 cleaning fee for ANY stain or mark that is left by your activity, staff, etc.

The cost is $97 - $150 for small day camps / businesses (as well as for non-profits) to $250 (private residential camps or larger businesses). This fee provides you with a table in the main gym area. A VIP / Sponsor Area can be purchased which will further promote your brand as well as provide you with the best table placement possible.

Register using the link above. Can't attend but want a presence? There is the option to mail us your brochures and we'll put them into tote bags.

Non-camp businesses (e.g. tutors, museums, activities, etc.) are also welcome to participate. Cost is usually $150.


"No Suitcasing"

Anyone observed to be soliciting in the exhibit hall aisles, session rooms or public areas, or in an exhibitor's booth will be asked to leave immediately. Additional penalties also may be levied. Please report any violations you observe to Fair staff.
